Welcome to Bamboo Home Page! And, thanks for your visiting! This home page intends to make you understanding what a bamboo is. At first, I introduce the distribution of bamboo in Japan and in the world. Second, some important bamboo species have been each introduced with photograph to show growth view, those which are bamboos growing not only in Japan, but in the world, those were recognized by myself. I do not like to use technical words as far as possible, due to the readers easily to understand the characteristics of bamboo through this home page. I would like to introduce the outline of my business too. I hope you may enjoy this Bamboo Home Page in the bottom of your heart, even though my English descriptions are very poor.
