This bamboo is inherent in Chile.
Most typical characteristic is a clibming bamboo.
It grows violently to climb up with trees and creeps on ground.
Quila growing at Chile University Forest near Frutillar covers completely all on cutover land, as shown by picture.
The total length of branches could be measured as 150m long!

This is very difficult to control its violent growth.
