Because, it is good in shape like slender and tall. 2-4cm in diameter and 5-8m in height. Culm color is gradually changed to be purple brown with increasing ages. And the number of branches also increases with older from 3 branches at first. In Kanto area around Tokyo, it is generally planted in gardens. Recently it goes flowering in various areas, but it is not clear how recovers after flowering. |
